channel, twin sisters, EMMY nominated actress Bianca and EMMY winning actress
Chiara D'Ambrosio broke into the show business at two years old and havent had
time to look back. A unique situation, to not only perform with your sybling,
but to also compete agains each other for televsions most coveted prize.
Since their break-out role as Summer Newman on “The Young
and the Restless” (CBS), the girls have been featured in several commercials
and popular music videos including Bon Jovi’s “What Do You Got.” They have also
appeared together and individually on various television shows and feature
films, including NBC's “Parks and Recreation,” Nickelodeon's “Nicky, Ricky,
Dicky,and Dawn,”,“See Dad Run,”and “Game Shakers, Disney's “The Savages”
(pilot), CBS's “Criminal Minds,” FX's “Legit,” Comedy Central's “The Jeselnik
Offensive,” and TNT's “The Closer”
Bianca and Chiara filmed their roles as Suria and Siona
in the feature film "I Am Mortal" alongside co-stars Sean Gunn
(Guardians of the Galaxy), Nia Sioux (Dance Moms), Nash Grier, and Nina Kiri
(Handmaid's Tail). Both girls can be seen in the recently released "Fear
of Rain" with Harry Connick Jr. and Katherine Heigl by Lionsgate. Chiara
can also be seen on Disney’s “Diary of A Female President,” while both girls
have a recurring role on Emmy award winning show "The Bay," and its
spin-off series “yA.” They filmed the soon to be released horror film
"Slapface" with Shintaro Shimosawa, producer of "The
Grudge," which won the Audience Award at Cinequest Film Festival. Bianca
can be seen in Lionsgate's "Lady of the Manor" in summer 2021.
Currently Bianca is in production playing Kate Mara's daughter in "Call
Jane" with Elizabeth Banks & Sigourney Weaver while Chiara is in
production playing Mel Gibson's daughter in the feature film "Bandit"
with Josh Duhamel. Currently, Nianca is appearing in "Lady of the
Manor" with Judy Greer, Ryan Phillippe and Patrick Duffy, out on Sept
17th.
The twins have made use of their fame, by using it to
raise awareness about animal causes and anti-bullying. In fact, they are
ambassadors for the Boo2Bullying organization and also released a song around
the issue called “Let Your Let Shine.” The accompanying music video was
screened in over 30 international film festivals and garnered them a Gracie
Award win for “Outstanding Viral Video.” They worked on Nickelodeon’s “You Be
You” campaign as well as volunteering their time at shelters and rescue
leagues.
Bianca and Chiara are brand ambassadors for Justice,
Kelloggs, Poshmark, Aldo/Call It Spring, Casio, Casetify, Claire's and the
Sarah Jessica Parker Collection, and continue to be endorsed and sponsored by
high quality brands on their rapidly growing social media platforms.
